The (Almost) Shutout of Road Teams

Noticed that among all the road teams in action on July 21st, only Chivas USA managed to score a goal against L.A.,if SJ do not score in the game vs VW, would that constitute a new record for the lowest numbet of goals collectively scored by road teams over a weekend (or mid week) of actions?

SJ scored one more in the loss to VW on July 22, bringing the total goal scored by road teams to 2. The total points earned by road teams was just 1 point out of a possible 21.

Could these be new records for weekend/mid-week actions where more than half of the teams in the league were involved?

If you count Sunday's game there were 8 games so road clubs got 1 point out of 24.
