Can't find anything. A popular Asian drama forum has a list of ways to watch Japanese streaming TV, but the two applications that offer NHK BS-1 have both been shut down.
Excellent work, Blue-San. I tweeted your image (and credited you, of course!) to get it out to more ppl.

I will first say that I love the Emperors Cup but... The thing is about the Emperors Cup in recent years is that instead of having a natural progression in advancing through the tournament (ie regional teams vs regional teams followed by regional team winners vs J2 teams followed by the winners (in most cases J2 teams) vs J1 teams etc etc) the system of the last couple of years has been regional teams vs J1 teams, J2 teams vs J2 teams. Watching J2 teams battle it out against each other is just boring, and watching Regional teams vs J1 teams just lessens the chances of upsets which is again less interesting to the average viewer. There will always be upsets like there is every year but the JFA just seems to not really care about the Cup anymore. Not the early stages anyway. As a J2 supporter I would much rather watch my team vs any regional team as opposed to another J2 team which i can see any weekend. And as a J1 supporter I would rather watch my team play a J2 team where I know theres a decent chance of an upset as opposed to a regional team where its a huge jump. (of course regional teams do cause upsets, but i would much rather see them build up their momentum with an upset over a J2 team and then go on to challenge a J1 team, rather than going straight into the deep end). Another thing is there should definitely be more games played outside of J1 venues in J2 grounds, or the odd regional/JFL team that has a decent stadium. A game between a J1 team and a J2 team would grab alot more attention, and not to mention better attendance figures, if the game were to be played in the J2 venue. Also the chances of upsets are bigger too.. Anyway, I know it would be difficult to make some of these changes, but I just wish they would, and at the same time breathe a bit of life into the competition.
While still far less than perfect, from the standpoint of someone who has followed the Emperor's Cup every year since 1988 I have to say that this year they have done a better job with the organization than at any time since 2000. The big problem in the past has been the staggering of entries, so that rank amateurs have to beat - first a JFL team, then a J2 team and then sometimes ANOTHER J2 team before they can face a J1 team. Prior to 2000, every team started on the same level, so Kashima RKU High school could face Kashima Antlers in the first round. Although the J.League teams got byes through the first round this year, at least they all play in the second round. As Richy notes, this does have the down side of forcing a lot of J2 teams to face each other (because there are 40 J.League clubs and only 47 prefectures; cut in half by the first round). Still... it is a huge step forward (or rather, backward) towards the Tennohai dramas of old. The big problem now is just the disunited schedule - something that can only be cured by finishing the J.League season sooner. One other big improvement this year is regional bracketing. Though the pre-2000 versions tended to be sorted by region, it was very hit-and-miss. This year they really made a concerted effort to set up brackets that would produce matches like Reysol -vs- Reysol at Kashiwa Stadium. There are some exceptions, it is true, but that is mainly due to the "local rival" losing their match. For example, if Yamanashi Gakuin U were not so pathetic, they would have been able to play Ventforet Kofu at Kose Stadium. Ive spent most of the past decade bashing the JFA for their neglect of the Tennohai, so it is only proper that I give them credit for this year's effort. It may not be perfect but it is a HUGE step in the right direction.
By the way, Blue-san Here is the most "official" logo available for FC Imabari (or at least the club that sponsors them)
Damn, the Kashiwa Reysol vs Kashiwa U-18 match is not being broadcasted. That's the one match I really wanted to watch.

#JFL leaders Nagano #Parceiro have knocked J1's #ConsadoleSapporo out of the Emperor's Cup. 5-3 on PKs (1-1 AET). #JLeague#Tennouhai #YokohamaFC have won 1-0 away at #TochigiSC in the Emperor's Cup (after extra time). Yokohama #Marinos up next! #JLeague#Tennouhai And Kobe lost with Sagawa Shiwa?
Fukushima United defeated Ventforet Kofu, also on PKs. Is it just me, or all the title/promotion contenders are just not paying enough attention to the Cup?
The funny (or rather stupid) thing is that now Parceiro will have to play their Round 3 clash in Sapporo. Feel for Nagano fans.
Of course chairman wants to win it this year, perhaps he will cut his wage in half again instead of resigning after the last year debacle. Some interesting results, but I was hoping for some University break through, well perhaps tomorrow yes I am looking at you Fukuoka University Oh yeah and I am cheering for Blaublitz Akita, their logo and mascot are just way too cool, for me not to also the table now looks like this P.S. Matsu thanks for the Imabari Logo, have used it
For those who don't know, Fukushima won with their bench team. They have a league match today in a tough league and most starters didn't make the journey yesterday. Fukushima's team that beat Kofu included 2 starters who hadn't even played in a league match.
D4 Fukui of the Hokushin'etsu regional league were up 0-1 away to Niigata at the half, but Niigata equalize early into the second half. 'Mon the Dinos!
