Dodgy foreign keeper. - Classic English centre forward play. Great goal.

Could be used to describe the penalty on Flanagan, except he's not a FW.

Of course that would be fun, but who would have to make way? Arrieta? Oduro? and with Jozy's reported 2.2M salary, I have a distinct feeling the price might be too massive.
But hey, anozher couple cups of Crew Aid and anyzhing is poshible

Hehehe. We'll put in a bid for him and Diskerud so they can shape up before the World Cup. ;)

    LOL.

I guess the Champions League is now not worth watching because Ibra is out... just like the World Cup.

makes you wonder if he just likes choking. I know some people like asphyxiation but Ibra seems to combine that with some form of voyeurism.:geek:

I think they were resting him from some injury. They must not have thought Chelsea could score 2 and keep a clean sheet. They were almost right:D

Just want to reiterate. Everton 3. Arsenal 0.

You know...just to keep it fresh.

Honestly, what stings more is that no matter what happens, even if Arsenal finish 5th and/or fail at winning the FA Cup, Arsene Wenger will still be employed at the Emirates next year to lead the club to another glorious season of blingless ecstasy!

I am not sure that is true. What I have read is that Wenger may step down at the end of the season - One dependency on his decision is the FA Cup, and another is the Champions League qualification. There are probably others. Arsenal have offered him a contract, he has not signed it.

I think they should sign AVB to replace him. Chelsea was so dumb to get rid of that unbelievable soccer mind:rolleyes:

The problem with that, is that Arsenal is leaving the choice to him, making him the boss of the organization, rather than taking back their authority and asserting an honest standard of where they want to be, instead of paying that lip service.
Stanger, that is such a fantastic idea! I think between him, Warzycha and Steve Sampson, we'll have a master class of interviews to go on!

but we don't know what their standard is, but I have a guess. Winning the FA Cup has almost no monetary value. Winning the premier league over finishing fourth only gains you ~3million - so again, not really that important. Champions League qualification is where it is at. Arsene wenger has guaranteed around 20 million per year for the last what 10-15 years?

They did play poorly after going up 1-0. Rooney was just bad, toe or not.

I was surprised he wasn't subbed out if Moyes was going to use him as a D-mid.

When he flubbed that second chance in front of goal that normally would have been buried... That's when I'd have taken him out. Hernandez would have had more time to make an impact. One of the few times a first half sub would have made sense. No Mata yesterday either.
