Falcao wasn't even on the pitch vs argentina...and we played with bolivar in the midfield...and even so we were 1-0 up for a while...I agree that argentina suits us better than chile inspite of obviously being a better team than chile. If we play well we won't loose in argentina.

Im going to repeat it a million times, we didnt lost because of that stupid penalty or Dayro missing, we lost because of stupid Bolillos Changes of putting like 5 fowards... We beat chile because even though Bravo was having a great night we were stil creating chances and the coach was making the right changes. I don't care if Teo stays the rest of his career in Junior. Whatever makes him happy. He's responded much better to the NT now than when he was called up playing abroad. I prefer him at junior playing fantastic for the NT, than getting into trouble abroad and creating scandals and being homesick.

This. We can't have another major loss to our team like we had with el Tigre Castillo... Teo is providing the perfect wingman to Falcao (as Rey was to Angel). If he and Falcao can stay healthy and we have good supply from the midfield/wings we will be tough to defend since teo and falcao are a handful.
Es importante solidificar el grupo y no cambiar jugadores cada partido de eliminatoria pero hay otras opciones que se deben adaptar al grupo en caso de que por alguna razon Teo y Falcao no puedan estar. Por ejemplo Guarin no pudo jugar pero menos mal Pekerman "revivio" a Aldo Leao en el amistoso vs Mexico, Arbolito ya venia siendo parte del proceso asi que para el la transicion al equipo principal me inmagino fue inmediata. A lo que voy esque si es importante la asociasion entre Teo y Falcao pero delanteros como Jackson Pabon Muriel y Bacca, Pekerman debe seguirlos acercando, como ha venido haciendo. De que si se leciona Falcao o Guarin el equipo siga a un alto nivel y no se noten tanto las asusencias
Puedes meter a Pabon como winger (menos pensador que James pero mas rapido) o metes 3 volantes mixtos entre Guarin Aldo Abel/Cuadrado Quintero tambien es otro que esta cojiendo min importantes en el pescara y Pekerman ya lo ha llamado antes... Llamo a Valdez y despues le siguio dando min a la dupla Perea y Yepez incluso Sanchez y Valencia ya se han decempeñado como defensas centrales. El sabe que la defensa es lo mas debil y esta viendo viendo alternativas Hay que afiansar al equipo titular pero seguramente Pekerman esta penando en variantes, incluso diferentes esquemas no siempre con el 442
Y otra cosa que tienen en común: ni el penal de atletico ni el de junior fueron penales....el de atletico es un piscinazo y el de junior es una mano afuera del area.
