Just read this and thought I'd share New Chelsea Signing Reveals Most Difficult Opponent Chelsea's £20 million giant has settled in well at Stamford Bridge, but has revealed the opposition player he feels gave him the toughest match. Chelsea's January transfer window signing Nemanja Matic has settled in well at Stamford Bridge upon moving back to the west London club for a second stint. The Serbian colossus was originally a makeweight in the deal that brought David Luiz from SL Benfica to Chelsea, but proved so influential in the Portuguese giants' team that the Blues elected to sign him for a second time, investing £20 million into the move. Matic's size and ability to position himself to counter threats makes him a formidable obstacle to get past, and he has helped solidify the Chelsea team to allow the likes of Eden Hazard, Willian, Oscar and Andre Schurrle to break forward more regularly and concentrate on creating and scoring goals. Given his huge physical presence, Matic can struggle to track nippy attacking midfielders, particularly those with clever lateral movement drifting into the channels. He revealed the most difficult player he has ever played against to be Napoli star Marek Hamsik, whose ghosting runs can see him crop up anywhere in the final third. "I've played against a lot of good players," said Matic. "I like the way that Marek Hamsik from Napoli plays, he was very difficult to control in the midfield area. "I think I also have to say Messi. That's obvious
Hamsik just needs to stop being big pussy of late, I miss him kicking opposition ass. Has been better of late though!
That's our boy. Marek is our boy. He'll come around. If he doesn't, he'll go down as my favorite Napoli player. divine mohawk
crazy how Liverpool can win the league! Coutinho, another young player that Inter sold like morons, with their most important goal since 2005. Chelsea v. Liverpool at Anfield is going to be key for that title race. Edge goes to Liverpool since Chelsea has Atletico games before and after that game.
@indestructible Diamanti is injured I'm so ********ing pissed they better be joking. I guess I'll have to take selfies with Marcello Lippi at half time :'(
Pablo Armero starts against Arsenal... 7 minutes in the erratic decision making shows and Arsenal is attacking completely down his side.
Tan. The Cardiff owner accused Crystal Palace of getting info on starting lineups and stuff for Cardiff's game against them. Reading the comments on Facebook, everybody with a rich owner wants to be Chelsea overnight...
well surprise surprise Mazzarri 1.0 is getting sacked by Monaco. All the money in the world and still could make a real challenge for the tittle.
Real Madrid v. Bayern don't care who wins lol... good to see Real Madrid not getting "lyon'd" anymore
