Yes indeed. I guess "SZ" meant games in which Bayern failed to score ... important point which I failed to realize among all the shock and horror when I read the report this morning.

only reason he is a capable starter is Bayern's run this year. Someone doesn't go from "not good enough for the bench" talk from last season :D, to capable starter of the team that's even stronger than the treble winning side.

If Bayern was in poor form, this guy's flaws would be all over the place. He has never been a capable starter for us other than several years back when he played for Scheisse and our team wasn't all that good.

According to BILD Lukas Raeder is going to be in goal against Kaiserslautern and Braunschweig.

I really hope nothing is wrong with Neuer, No offense to Raeder, but he truly looked like a 4 division player last weekend. Absolutely terrible, every shot on target will be dangerous.

Considering teams rarely even get shots off against us, I'm not worried.

    It's Kaisers f@cking lautern man ... Chill ...

And Raeder was thrown in the fire in an extremely difficult game against an adversary wanting to prove a point while we didn't gave a shit ...

I remember when Alaba played against Fiorentina and everybody was ready to throw him under the bus, look how that turned out... ;)

    I agree with you.

Since 1859 is in the 2. Bundesliga the team I most want to beat is Real Madrid though. I'd rather have Neuer for a CL semi against them than a DFB Pokal semi against Kaiserslautern.

    Just my opinion.

    Lay off Raeder.

As someone mentioned in the Pokal thread, he was thrown into the fire...and he's TWENTY. Geez.

If so, it's definitely not because of the BVB game.

The overreaction here is embarrassing. If Neuer plays against Madrid, then we should be ok. If the team plays up their potential, we should be fine in the next 2 games is Raeder plays. The question should be if they will finally start playing football.

The main concern that I have with Raeder is his lack of anticipation. We rely heavily on Neuer to make the high line work. It should not be a major concern against Kaiserslautern or Braunschweig, but it will be a huge issue against Madrid.
