Exactly!! Its like Ronaldo, At Real madrid his creativity or link up play has been limited and he is now molded into a goal machine whose only contribution to the game is to score and everyone in the team caters to him.

Do you want Gomez to play opposite to the coaches directives?

Look at all dead balls Ronaldo takes all even if he "Sergio Ramos" 3 times, you can be sure he is taking the next.

If he has then that might just be one of his swings in confidence which he goes through every season. The limitations of Gomez and the team as a result is nothing new but its something the the club/coach is consciously advocating and prefers. We have to ask ourselves why. Are they not on the same page or do they think that there really is no problem and think that this is as good as it can get?

Uli is talking out of his ass on this one. Try resuming your career with a felony or conviction on your resume. There is a stigma associated with that and most find it very hard to resume life as usual...

As far as the deportation; it was mentioned before. This is because the sentencing was longer than 2 years. I believe that this is exclusive to Germany but would not be surprised if other nations have similar laws. The US does ;)

Is this really the best thing to do for a striker's confidence right before the season? Hmmm

What of If robben was very good, we would have been double winners League and Champions league.
In the PK, It wasnt like Gomez missed his own, I wonder what he would have said if it was Gomez who missed the decisive PK.

If Schweini and Oli were good PK takers,

IF Kroos and Tymo were not Pussies... If Boateng wasnt caught napping..

OK Ulli shut up or sell him. Just choose one and stop whining already

It seems Uli doesn't like/rate Gomez. He wanted a bomb striker and if he had it his way we would have bought someone to replace Gomez but Rummenige and Heynckes trust Gomez.

Everyone is to blame but i think most of the blame goes to Robben,Gomez and Schweini

Care to tell me what percentage of blame you would allocated to each player so i can file it away for future reference.

Its vitally important because when each player reaches his quota of "blame" I may have to stop supporting said player.

This club isn't looking great recently from a PR perspective. It can't win finals, it glorifies itself, players refuse to step up when it matters, club president bemoans his own players, can't make up their minds on coaches and officials. It's embarrassing.

You know that a new season is upon us and that the Tomato is back in the news when the Other Teams thread is full of Bayern talk rather than the Team News thread being full of BVB talk.

    Good times. Good times.

I'd rather read about this than Uli's 'reverse psychology' on Gomez.

Now that BMW has discontinued the NA I-6 in the US, I might just have to take my business to another company. Its just ridiculous to spend $40k on a 4 cylinder turbo.

So....is the Bundesliga American TV situation going to be the same as last year with games on Deportes, espn3, and GolTV???? I think that's the deal, but I read somewhere that the deal might be up after this season and German football may become a thing of the past on US TV....
American Bayern supporters are very fortunate that just about every game is available live on US outlets....I hope it stays that way....
Oh, and 05 Ford Explorer with Bayern sticker proudly displayed on the rear window opposite my Patriots sticker

Bundesliga should do whatever it takes to get broadcast in the USA more.
Just like fox soccer channel shows 24/7 epl and good amount of serie A.
There needs to be Bundesliga on fox soccer or espn or gol tv.

And I mean as much games as the epl.

They should at least show every game for the top 5 teams.
All the Dortmund, bayern, schalke, gladbach and Bremen games.

This under exposure is pissing me off
