Why should we fear anyone. We should be confident that we will beat anyone and show that on the field. Like Bayern vs Madrid in Spain.

We beat them on penalties, a situation which is to a large degree, dependent on luck.

I just read on kicker.de that Allianz is the most probable candidate for another 9,1% of our club shares for the price of over 100m €...

True, but we only have our terrible finishing to thank for that. We could easily have scored 2-3 more goals in that match let alone all of the missed opportunities in the first leg.

What exactly is your point? Bayern played with heart and no fear and if they took your advice, they would have lost 4-0 or 4-1 after Madrid went up 2-0. In fact, I have no idea why the hell anyone would ever want their team to play with fear against other big teams. It makes no sense at all to me.

There is a difference between respecting your opposition and fearing them, and we have no reason nor should we fear anyone.

More record profits. We're still #1 in managing the club.

can someone upload the whole Uli's speech i read on transfermarkt it has been quite interesting.

Hoeneß: "I read that 1860 wanna build an own stadium. My offer still stands to lead the marching band from the front when they leave."

:). I hope they will leave so that we can see red seats in the Arena

Interestingly Mr Hopfner mentioned that the loss of the Allianz Arena incorporation was caused by changes in the terms of the loan contract which in my view strongly indicates further preparations in order to eliminate the remaining debt at one stroke with the money of the 3rd investor.

Kalle's speech had some funny parts in it, too. "Our site is now available in Russian and Arabic so the folks over in Manchester, London and Paris are able to understand us."

btw. Bazi, didn't you say you wouldn't watch the whole thing today on your 30th birthday? :p congrats btw.!

Oh no I just read that in the transfermarkt forum and reposted the information here. By the way you know my nick name on transfermarkt, don't you? How unfair of you Hendrik. It's the damn birth number in my nick that gave me away right?

The big "celebration" is on the weekend anyway. I'm not very keen about it to be honest.

My gf wanted to take me to dinner but instead I bought some good meat and cooked at home. I love that kind of thing. Call me boring or whatever. :)

edit: Perhaps I could pop myself a bottle of 25 year old Highland Park for my so important birthday *sigh* is it the November depression already?

I'm with you. I'd rather spend time at home with my wife than out partying. Guess I'm boring too...

It didn't take me long to notice that you tend to post the same stuff in the offtopic threads that's why I know your nick.

You posted your birthday information on the first page of the Jahreshauptversammlung thead so no need to worry, I'm not a stalker :ninja::D

Chapeau. Indeed I did because I really wanted to visit the JHV this year but well. There's work and birthday so ... rather not.

True enough about the Offtopic stuff though I often just repost it but luckily I lack the time to post as frequently as most of the people on transfermarkt. 2200 posts (+/- 1000 in the Plauder) in 5 years isn't really nerdy, alarming is it? :ROFLMAO:

It is for the most part because the German language is pretty amazing in its accurateness which leads to really exhausting discussions over one inadequate formulation which consequently ruins the fun for me.
