Tape

    Hi, would anyone be able to shed any light on the tape and indeed the methods used to tape by the professionals, I gather they don't use the standard tape, because frankly, its s**t, it would be for the cut off sock method that most seem to be doing these days

    I tried taping and regardless of how well I thought I taped, it was always too tight or too loose. So now, I just wear an ankle sleeve.

    So I assume that its the Zinc Oxide stuff that should be used then, is it worth using the underwrap stuff too?

    Cheers, I imagine that stuff is only really applicable if you're applying onto skin.

    If you have smooth, hairless skin too.. Which I most certainly don't have.

    lately, i've grown skeptical about tape. it was always a hassle, but i also now wonder if the benefits are real or imagined. with all the new trends in running, i wonder if taping actually does damage for us as soccer players (causing our legs and feet to be weaker).
