Raimondi could join Köniz in 2nd league interregional. Köniz want to move up, they've already signed Gabriel Urdaneta, Miguel Portillo, Carlos Varela and Roman Friedli. Nevertheless, Köniz is only placed 2nd in their 2nd league interregional group, 1 point behind Team Vaud U-21 but 7 points clear of FC Berne with 6 matches to play
http://www.emol.com/noticias/deport...dido-al-basilea-de-suiza-en-us4-millones.html Marcelo Diaz apparently joins Basel for 4mio USD Sauro's transfer also should be fine http://de-todo-futbol.blogspot.com/2012/05/gaston-sauro-sera-nuevo-jugador-del.html
Former Luzern youngster (I think) Valentin Gjokaj is currently having a trial at Newcastle. Valentin Gjokaj
Indeed it's official and Marcelo has signed for FC Basel. Consequently I thought I'd stop by to share some info about him. Diaz currently plays for Universidad de Chile and they're at the moment the most succesful Chilean club, having won the Copa Sudamericana last year (Europa League equivalent). Diaz is generally deployed as the more "defensive" of the 2 center mids, with his role being more of a protector. That being said, he does at times act as a "shuttler" or even as a "box-to-box" middie, specially considering the offensive, high-pressure game Universidad de Chile generally try to apply. Diaz, however, started his career mostly used as right back and right wing back and that is part of the reason he's such a tireless runner now: the guy has an engine, and can turn tirelessly throughout a match. For Chile, he's been capped a number of times by current coach Claudio Borghi, though he's well behind in the pecking order for a spot in the middle. Hope this helps for now and if I think of anything else, I will be sure to post it here. Regards and tschuss!
thanks a lot for the info. He will probable take Huggel's DM position. Although, Yapi Yapo is back from injury and maybe Vogel lets him play in Xhaka's role which is the more offensive part in midfield. Diaz seems to be a funny guy. Saw that video of him on youtube joking with the cameramen all the time
this is fix in the meanwhile, Basel will probably sign Sauro and Schär yet to replace Abraham/Dragovic in central defense. And then, there should be a midfielder signed yet. David Degen seems very likely to return to Basel
FCSG: In - Mario Schönenberger (26) and Dzengis Cavusevic (24) both join the club from FC Wil. Also Stéphane Besle (28) comes back to ASL from FC Metz. Marcel Herzog (31) joins for three years from FCB. Mario Mutsch (27) joins from FC Sion for two years. Out - Timon Waldvogel (20), Simon Roduner (27) and Bruno Valente (30). Have all been released by the club. Germano Vailati (31) is leaving for FC Basel. FC Basel: Out - Scott Chipperfield is leaving the club after 11 seasons. Great player for FC Basel, he is also the last real link with the great run that Basel is currently on. FC Wil: Out - Mario Schönenberger (26) and Dzengis Cavusevic (24) both leave the club from FC Wil. Timon Waldvogel (20) is joining the club from FCSG. FC Vaduz: In - David Harrer(22) returns to the club after a season with SV Kapfenberg in Austria. Staying - Oliver Klaus (22) extends his contract until 2014. Peter Jehle (30) resigns until 30 June 2014. Out - Boban Antic (22). LS: Staying - Jocelyn Roux (25) extends his stay until 30 June 2013. FCZ: Out - Silvan Aegerter (32) and Scott Sutter (25) will leave the club. In - André Gonçalves (20), who returns from a loan spell at FC Aarau. Regarding Sutter, I would assume he goes back to YB, I think this was a loan. What has happened to him the past two years???
Miranda Roderick is on his way back to Benfica. Yartey might be next. I have really enjoyed the two. Roderick is being recalled to integrate into the first team at Benfica.
Saleiro said he is going to leave Servette. That's good news. He had the highest salary and not shown anything. Today, Alves is in Lisbon to discuss Yartey's case. Benfica first wanted to loan him out another year, but within the portuguese League, then Yartey got the Ghana call-up and Benfica tought about testing him in the preparation. Now, lots of european clubs are interested in Yartey and Benfica thinks about keeping him. So, hope Alves can convince Jesus to loan out Yartey another year to Servette. The argument in favor is the Europa League
Barnetta refused Leverkusens latest offer. They haven't agreed on money dunno whether it has been mentionned, Rama, Djukic and Fabiano have to leave Thun. Faivre joins them. Kukeli moves to FCZ. Sion signed Itaperuna. Cabanas, Smiljanic and Calla have to leave GC

now, Barnetta states it's not decided yet and he got a 3rd offer from Leverkusen... but if he turned down the first two, he must be keen on a move
