Hey guys, I was just curious as to what, if any, energy-based products you guys take before playing a game? A few years ago I would just pop a caffeine-tablet but since then I have found that Pre-Workout formulas intended for weightlifting actually help improve performance. I've tried Jack3d, SuperPump 250 and Anadraulic State Gt. Out of the three ASGT has seemingly worked the best. So what do you guys take pre-game? do you take anything? do you have any other pre-game rituals?
