Any thought on where to park a u13 keeper (female). She has one more year before she jumps into H.S. and has indicated that she wants to improve on her keeper skills. She is currently playing for a top club in Region II - somewhere in the middle of the skillset range. Any thoughts... This is sort of a growing experience and not only about soccer but also wbout growing up and leaving home base a bit. So we are not against any program outside the state of Illinois. Thoughts?
Camp shutout in Wisconsin, run by Stan Anderson. By far the single best gk experience in the Midwest. Just google it. I heard they may be bringing a weekend camp to the Chicago area this winter, which would let you try them out before committing to summer camp. Be warned they only take a limited number in the summer and it will sell out very quickly.
Totally agree about Camp Shutout. I have seen firsthand the transformation goalkeepers have made through his tutelage. First class operation for sure.
