    Megaphones are a great idea...

    I went to plenty of AC and Inter Milan games last year. If they could keep thousands fans in unison then I'm pretty sure one megaphone would be able to keep the Fort organized.

    Megaphone guy needs to be someone who pumps up the crowd to. Trust me if you have some guy yelling out a megaphone people are much more likely to get involved.

    The Midnight Riders are forming a Tifo Committee. Many of the questions and issues raised here will be addressed by that committee. I'll have more information tomorrow.
