    jajajajajajajajajajajajajajajaja ..........

Uruguay is the best teams so far, but they just like to complicate shit for themselves for some reason. Paraguay is good as well if they decide to play football instead of hacking... and Chile has the tactics right but the mental discipline of 4 year olds, so it's a coin toss with them at this point.

I haven't seen enough of Colombia and Peru to make on opinion...

It's very tight but I got my money on the 'guays' to qualify. The rest is up for grabs.

Me gusto mucho tambien.

So far, for me, Ecuador and Peru are the weakest. Paraguay and Uruguay the strongest. Colombia and Chile are more consistent than Paraguay, though. So I expect the final table to look: URU, COL, CHI, PAR and ECU & PER out.

In the WC itself, I think Uruguay and Colombia can go far. They have big players, and can defend well. Chile, I have my doubts. You can't go far with weak defending. Paraguay is always a wild card: they may crash out without a win, or could make it to the end. Impossible to know.

Chile does not have weak defending, at least this u20. In fact, I think our defence is actually quite good. The only weakness we have is getting red cards left and right.

Not saying whether I believe it or not but on Peru's 1st game, the beIN commentators mentioned how Peru's coach (or someone within Peru's coaching staff) had gone to Ecuador to convince Barrios to play because he was in Ecuador, apparently depressed living with his mom or something.

    no

OJO

    just now:

    MAX REGRESA A PERÚ

    Saludos!

    I honestly have no idea

the players is on his way back to Peru (apparently) the FPF thought that was the best way to deal with the allegations

According to his birth certificate, he was born in Piura, Peru....

But his father is saying that he was born in Ecuador...

And Juan Aurich has temporarily separated him from his club
If LDU Loja pulls any old documents saying otherwise (i.e. a different birth certificate), Peru are looking towards a ban from the next Youth World Cups like Mexico went through.

Apparently, this came to fruit after Jonny Uchuari recognized him when they faced each other a few days ago in this tournament since they used to be teammates at LDU Loja.

nope only get banned if its proven the FPF knew about this

Brazil had age related problems...Carlos Alberto in 2003 for example but they did not get any ban and got to keep their World Championship (won with him in the squad)

    Someone knew.

How does anyone explain the sudden trip by the coaching staff to get him back in Mendoza?

A lot of effort for some 20-year old kid who hasn't done much. Not trying to give bad vibes but was he possibly scared of being recognized?
