Wow, now I really hope we win the cup this year. We're not going to win the league, that's for sure, other teams are too strong. But we have a damn good shot of making the playoffs. Then, the cup final is but a couple of hard-fought matches away. Those guys are a$$holes and Shep Messing is the dumbass that made about 1000 nonsensical comparisons to other American sports on ESPN during WC2006.
I thought they were pretty fair, they rated us about as good as TFC, both teams are gonna be looking for goals. And both teams are pretty long shots to win the cup. As a homer, I think we'll be better than ppl think, but these guys were less negative than some. I'm still hoping we pull a top quality striker out of somewhere before/early in the season. Then laugh at all the naysayers!
