Who said I did think I know the full picture (you are the one spouting off and putting it into stone) and I've read anything off the internet. It's called common sense that everything isn't as cut and dry. Then again, let's visualize that the football world is a big friendly place and that nobody has any personal agenda they would like to push. I guess every team who didn't want Rangers there didn't see it as an opportunity to better their team's probability for success.

Your attitude is giving it away, but carry on and act like you know what is best.

Louis Van Gaal is the new manager of the Dutch NT. That didn't take them long.

    Bielsa leaving Bilbao:(

dark day for Spanish football. I just hope they dont go back to being the Spanish Stoke (well, Stoke are actually the English Bilbao since they were doing it first)

if stoke only signed people from stoke then their team would all be related (brothers/dads/uncles/cousins) and make luke chadwick/peter beardsley look like focking brad pitt

    he is terrible on crosses.

You get exposed quick in England if you are not good there.

great video today of an u11 USA Barcelona side styling on an u11 USA Arsenal side (they are not related to either club)

Al Habsi has to be "get-able". Wonder if Wenger rates him.

and to think stoke once had a lot of respect. sir stanley matthews was born in stoke and had 19 years at the club. definitely not "hoofball".

at top tier club level, yes, you're right. first player to win european player of the year though, ahead of di stefano. gordon banks played for stoke too.
have to say though, stoke and blackpool 40+ years ago probably weren't any worse than most other places. i'd say (guess really) that blackpool's tackiness is an "in my lifetime" thing and stoke is just economically stuffed these days with all that goes with that, when it was once had thriving industries and good employment.

From what I've seen, Vorm and Ruddy are not anywhere near Szczesny's level. The rest I would take as Szczesny's back-up with Krul being by far the stand-out keeper on the list. And Simon Mignolet should be on that list, assuming we're only picking from Premier League keepers. Heck, maybe Given would consider spending his last few seasons as second choice, grooming our future keepers.

How embarrassing is the "Arsenal" coach? No constructive advice for his young players. That's terrible.

Didier Deschamps is negotiating with the French Football Federation and should be hired as the National Team Manager in the next few days.
Never been impressed by the dude coaching skills though.
