Getting ready for Flèche Wallonne I would imagine. Kind of like Thor being a lead out for Tyler last year at the tdf.
Nice watch. I am so glad that the teams have been putting these nice little race documentaries over the last couple years. Of course, they always try and make them über dramatic.
Fleche or perhaps L-B-L. I'd love to see Cadel winning that. And for what it's worth, Thor leading out Tyler last year was one of the (many) highlights of last year's Tour for me. That was really a fantastic bike race.
Evans is out of the race. Having missed the split before the Cauberg, he headed to the team bus at the end of the lap.
Not quite in form yet, I guess, and hard to see how he's going to get into any kind of form in time for Fleche or LBL.
Enrico Gasparotto (Astana)wins Exciting final km . Gilbert had to go bit earlier than he probably wanted just to catch Freire...then cracked Sagan second. Did not see all the names in the crash on the climb
Just a note for those interested in American riders. Ian Boswell (Bontrager-Livestrong) and Joshua Berry (Chipotle Development Team) were on the podium for the U23 Liège-Bastogne-Liège.
Also, from what I understand, Howes looked pretty lively out there today as well. Nice to see some young talented American riders out there.
I love that he wasn't even supposed to race. http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/video-howes-animates-proceedings-at-amstel-gold-race
