Honduras hold on and win, Honduras second in the group on 4 points. They play Japan in the final game while Morocco play Spain. Not that it'll happen but Honduras and Japan agreeing to play to a draw would see both through. Although that would put Honduras against Brazil.

Roger played pretty well from what I could tell. Drew two yellow cards from beating players to the ball. And the nice assist as well.

I believe he got a pretty good round of applause when subbed off. Came across as loud to me anyways as I was watching from a laptop.

I didn't see much from the Sounders potential new player Mario Martinez:-/ He was playing up top alongside NE Revs Bengston.

Roger was totally gassed when he got subbed out today. Looked like he was running with ankle weights on. Don't see that very often. Wish he would have put that header in the net.

ThAt second half for Spain fans had to feel a lot like we did last night...

I will also say that the way that Honduras "finished" that game makes it a bit hard to root for them going forward even though I wanted to. Lots of rolling around. Lots lots.

The rest of the world got to see what US fans have been dealing with for years playing teams from Central America...

The President of the Real Club Deportivo España was in London and asked the Spanish player Juan Mata who was the best player in Honduas, he said: "the number 15 is a player that is little seen in the world, a great player": guess who is number 15? ............. Roger Espinoza

That's cool! But he needs to stop playing well and getting recognized. I don't want anyone to take him away hah.

Got it directly from the president himself.

I think everyone figures he's an underrated player who does all the donkey work. A player who will surely one day move on to Europe.

    Cool thanks.

Yeah I have a feeling he'll be gone at the end of this contract. I had thought he'd be headed to Mexico.

I don't think he gets the assist, but most of the work on that goal was Roger.

What if CONCACAF has 2 teams in the semis?

I saw him cut inside and yelled "shoot". Great finish.

    He's had an excellent tournament.

We're going to have a fight to keep him in KC. He's not going to be here much longer.

If he helps us win some hardware I'd be more than happy to send him off on a high note.

roger's been fantastic. romulo should've been sent off with his second yellow for the hard foul on him about 10 minutes ago. if crisanto is gonna get a second yellow for his foul, romulo definitely deserved one for his.
