The Boston Breakers announced the time and date of their 2009 home opener this afternoon. The Breakers will play St. Louis Athletica at Harvard Stadium on Saturday, April 11, at 7 p.m. The remainder of the 2009 schedule will be announced after the New Year. The Breakers will conduct a special pre-sale of single game tickets for Opening Night this Thursday, December 18, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. This will be the only opportunity to buy single game Breakers tickets until the official single-game on-sale date in February, 2009. There are two ways to order your Opening Night tickets during Thursday's pre-sale, either by phone at 781-251-2100 or online at www.breakersgroups.com between the hours of 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. To order online, you must enter the following password to access the ticket sale: opener (password activates at 10 a.m. on Thursday).
