That would suck for Zenit, don't think that team will survive with just a Russian coach or average foreigner, they need someone with a big pedigree to keep all those players happy yet in check. Zenit qualified for Champs League though right? Don't understand why he would leave this season, maybe at the end of this next RPL season if Zenit don't make it the knockout round
Absolutely. He seems happy in Zenit and they've built a Cl quality side there imo, he'll stay for another season at least.
He's stated as late as last week that he is happy to stay at the team at least one more year, and the team management had agreed to pump J65 million into the squad for next years CL. I was kind of wondering where that J65 million was in January as I looked at that god-awful thin lineup in today's game....
