Obviously Spain is the favorite in this upcoming match, but with the 2-2 tie in their first match, you would think that the Tunisians know that they need a tie as a minimum and some help from the Saudi-Ukraine match. I would imagine that Lemerre will make a few changes. According to the latest news Tunisia did not take any time off on Thursday or Friday and practiced. One change that may affect the lineup is that one of their key players Silva Dos Santos was injured during the Saudi game and did not workout at Thursdays practice and is questionable for the Spain game.

Same line-up as the first match according to marca:

    --------------torres------------------
    --Villa------------------------Garcia--
    ---------Xavi---------Senna-----------
    ----------------Xabi-------------------
    Pernia----puyol---------Pablo-------Ramos
    ----------------Iker---------------------

Tunisia gave up 9 goals in 10 qualifying matches against some poor competition. They seem to play more of an attacking style. If they play that style against us, we should score 3 or 4 easily.

    As confirmed:

Tunisia's leading striker Francileudo Dos Santos who did not play on Wednesday against Saudi Arabia will miss Monday's World Cup Group H match with Spain and has only a 50 percent chance of playing against Ukraine, the team said on Friday.

Santos injured his shin in their final friendly against a German select side on June 7 before the tournament began.

The Brazilian-born player has scored 18 goals in 28 matches for Tunisia since switching allegiance at the start of 2004, including one in the 2004 African Nations Cup final win over Morocco and six in their World Cup qualifying campaign.

    And Real Madrid too ;)
Gordillo is in Germany with La Sexta doing interviews and such. It doesn't look like has a lot of future in journalism, though.

The other signature looks like it says "Luis".

Yes, there was another pic of Luis signing that shirt, but it didn't show the wording on the back as well :)
I'm setting my DVR to record the game tomorrow, just in case I don't get home from work in time for the start. Media so far is pointing to the same lineup as we used against Ukraine.

Same starting 11 for the game tomorrow!
    From Marca:

Looks like heading into this game Luis took some time to take a couple of potshots (well deserved though) at the press for what he says are: writing articles that falsely accuse some of the NT players of not playing to acceptable professional standards, in reference to Raul and Canizares.

Here is his interview yesterday leading up to todays game in reference to Tunisia and todays game.

Curious comment by Luis Aragones prior to todays game reference wingers and their need to improve:

``My wingers have to go forward more often in order to create more chances for our strikers,'' he said.

Well then put Joaquin in and you'll not have any issues with one of the wings!

Luis also believes that Tunisia will be more complicated if not more difficult that the Ukraine/

    Re: Spain...pregunta sobre su mediocampo...

Franco what is you definition of productive? For a striker it is goals in the back of the net, but for midfielders to me it is assists and goals not just goals. Joaquin is a perfect example, he just doesn't have what it take to score lots of goals but his leaving two defenders on the pitch as he waltzes around them to then place a deadly cross into the box where (insert name) heads or volleys a shot into the net is more productive than the 4 goals he has scored for the seleccion.

    Just my .02 worth!

Especially when they played Slovakia, he played up front most of that match and seldom was seen playing as far back as the other midfielders.

u guys I need quick advice on a bet id be placing soon, they have Spain favorite by 1 1/2 goals over tunisia... you guys feel spain will beat them by 2 goals difference ??? I need a serius advice not just one of those usual fanatic responses.....

this is what I think... Tunisia BARELY tied saudi arabia in the last second, that same team is now geting blown out by Ukrania 3-0 !!! that same ukrania team that lost 4-0 to spain BUT looking back at that game the first 2 goals by spain were more coincidence then anything, one was scored with a shoulder !!! the other one was more of an autogol and bad play by the Barrera, the 3rd one was a PK and the final one came with an extra player on the field !!! so lookin at that and knowing that spain always seems to struggle to score goals Im not too sure they could cover 2 goals even against what appears to be a weak tunez team !!!

what do u guys think ?????
