Starting today vs Mallorca. THe german before the lineup says hottest day of the year. 47 degrees (!)

Also Badelj (DM) was signed but wont join til mid Sept due to CL and international duties. THey signed another kid who won't join for another year, Calhanoglu. And Paul Scharner I think is available today.

We'll see what pans out after such so-so signings Arneson has made so far.

zzzzzz so boring. Highlight of match was watching cops in full on riot gear beating on some drunk Hamburg fans with clubs.

SHM appears to have changed his hair back to black.

Other note from my 20 minutes or so. SHM played very far back this match and leaning fairly centrally... almost like a third DM. Not sure if its part of testing out a more defensive look or what. But sure made for some boring watching as Hamburg had no possession and no ideas going forward.

Pretty poor but you could say that about every hamburg players besides Adler and maybe mancienne. Trying too had to be nth or LCY right now.

Yes at least officially. Last match he seemed to be in the center a whole bunch.

Looks like he may get a chance to play striker Tuesday with Berg and Rudnevs off to international duties.
