Santiago Ferandez is a player we need to keep an eye out for, he is young and talented i think it was a mistake for America to let him go to toluca but hopefully he gets to play more and show his skills, now he is in the Preolimpico squad

Why couldn't you just post this in the Preolimpico thread?

I could but why would i want them to close it if he leaves the team just like they did with the thread in the America forum? I just rather put it here because he could go to different teams and i dont have to worry about opening up another thread because it was closed

Close the thread on the best team?

Santiago isn't that great. The guy couldn't hack it Barcelona and just gave up. There's a reason why America let him go. We need to get a delantero to replace Vicente cause Jimenez won't be able to do it alone.

    Re: Santiago Fernandez

Oh please please please, why do we have to be force-fed this guy?
Is it because he is a recomendado of Carlos Hermosillo, and being the current amateur sports mogul in Mexico the media has to talk nicely about this dude?
Is it because he is related to somebody that he hasn't run out of playing jobs?
Why has televisa resorted to call him Santy now?
The guy is turning 23 this spring. Given the incredible amount of time spent on talking about this guy, is he better than, say, Villaluz? Of course not.

    Re: Santiago Fernandez

Right! He is not better than Ochoa either, or Catita Dominguez, right?
Coming from the guy that used to compare Guardado to Chelito.

    Mauricio Romero

Mauricio Romero is a player ive been keeping an eye on because he is young and talented in the Primera A he has been the top scorer quite a few times and he has played in the first division with morelia and atlas but the problem was that they never gave him much time to play, another example of that would have to be roberto nurse and jair garcia. Mauricio has potential and skills to become a top player in First division as well but he just needs to be able to play more so ill keep u guys updated to see what happens with him

here is a small article on him

    Re: Mauricio Romero

When a mod begins his post with the word "Dude," you know he means business. For real though, after watching enough English footie, I know there are plenty of guys who can tear it up in the second division but ain't shit in the top flight. Couldn't this have been posted somewhere else?

Second division in Mexico is barely a step above from what you see in your local park on Saturdays. Here in San Diego you can tune to channel 12 from Tijuana and watch the Tijuana Xoconoshtles games (or whatever they are called) and they put you to sleep

    Re: Mauricio Romero

Why do you consider them unnecessary? If they dont interest you then dont read them simple as that

    Re: Mauricio Romero

Because they clutter up the board especially when there is no interest, like people who play in the 2nd division.

Thread closed and next time, you will be infracted.

Yes, because moderators are quite McCarthyists in their zeal for use of aggressive pressure questioning general interest in order to adhere to conformist policies, subverting inalienable net rights in the name of security.

man this guy is bringing valuable info to some... why give soccer krazy a hard time?

but this thread is a good idea for merged soccer krazies favorites...

but give him some credit for all the work he is unselfishly doing...

    kinda like riverplate...
