He's cheap and likely to play. Couldn't see holding both Ben Arfa and Ba on a Newcastle team looking one sip from empty.

OK, here I am. Thanks for figuring out why I picked up Walters. I just now saw on the googdoc that Rockville Gunners has him and I have been sitting here wondering why I took him. In four years I'm pretty sure I've never picked up an illegal player. But, yeah, I did see that Walters appeared to be dropped, so I snatched him up more quickly than I should have.

So... Walters scored 3 points for me this weekend. If we sub McAnuff in that spot, it was 2. So shall we just remember that I should have one less point than is showing?

Will now swap out Walters for someone else... maybe it's a sign I shouldn't have let Siggy go?

    %$#@ Sessegnon.

Rethinking the Ridgewell transfer, I see that blech got to Azbilicueta....

Cannon seems to be a bit adrift. Team Value at 96.1 Is he going to wake up Terminator like and open a can of whoop ass?

Cech and Mertesecker were supposed to be on permanent lay away. Hopefully Szczesny pays off. Blech and FC. St. Pauli are going for the long view for Chelsea defense.

My opportunity to profit on Pienaar has officially dried up. Talk about a guy who kicks the ball towards goal but not in it. Opposite of Fellaini unfortunately.

    Sasha Juniors

Now dumping their 4th round draft pick. Pienaar. Fellaini is getting all of the action. Maybe I should sit tight but I am thinking he may have the Tim Cahill curse. Toucing the ball but never finishing.

On the other side of things, for a brief moment Sasha Juniors with Begovic, Ivanovic, Michu and Van Persie has the top players in all positions. Here marks the downfall.

    Out: Pienaar M 6.5 EVE
    In: Gardner M 4.9 SUN

I've taken him. Too much upside at a good price. And part of me feels like this is some kind of sand bag where you say negative things so that he floats for a week and then you pick him back up. I've seen this movie before, and I'm not falling for tricks, Tarv.

As I'm finally starting to get a little tired of celebrating another MLS Cup (no, not really), it's time to return to the bigger issues and problems for the Dawgs. With Suarez suspended and Tevez playing United (if he plays at all given recent rotation patterns and a full-90 midweek) and Adebayor only just back from his latest absence and the all-powerful floppy-haired Fellaini facing Tottenham, is it really possible that I'm going to hand the captain's armband to Adam Johnson for the double gameweek? I must be losing my mind. o_O

Ugh. I'm trying to differentiate myself from you, so now I definitely may need to ignore the double gameweek and go somewhere else. Maybe I just give it to Pienaar and see how he likes his new home...

You have to give Lobo credit. He cares so much for Chelsea that he was willing to let Torres go in order to help him find his form.....

I gave it a thought last week myself, but just couldn't bring myself to part with Ade.

It never pays off to wait till half time. The sweetshop was sold out. Thought the bye week fasting would mean there was no line.
