hey im indian but grew up in s'pore for couple of years and im really happy with the national side. im just startin to learn more about singapore football and ive leaned just recently theyve been havin alota success. it would be great if sum1 can just answer these questions

y did the olympic team lose to pakistan? i mean isnt the olympic team all Young Lions players?

also, despite the fifa rankings do u think the indian I-league is eqaul to s-league in terms of skill. because last year in afc cup 2007 the indian clubs beat the singapore clubs atleast once and vice versa.

and any news on noh alam shah? will he be out of football for rest of 2008?

The Olympic team that played is nt the Young Lions as the Young Lions is U23 level. It was the U21 team that comprised mostly of Prime League players that form the Olympic team

The top teams at the I-league & S-league are well matched as the I-league when it teams are in the East have send 2 out of 4 teams to the QF & S-league 7 out of 8

One can say bth are ahead of the second tier leagues in East Asia

He has been offered a job by the PDRM chairman at his company for the ban period & the Tampines Rovers chairman has also offered him the same help.

S-league has new rule this year concerning foreign Prime League players. They can played in the S-league as long as 1 of the 4 foreigners are nt on the pitch maintaining the 4 foreigners rule

The nos of foreigners S-league clubs can employ at Prime League is maintain at 2 & they must be U21

Singapore West Asia Tour has ended & the team will now travel to Saudi Arabia for WCQ

    The record stand at 1 win & 2 defeat - 3 scored & 4 conceded

At first look it may nt looked nice but Singapore has shown a greater abilty to grind out results now as the 4 goals conceded in just 3 away games shown a tougher mental strength along with the ability to score with 3 goals scored as these are away goals.

    Useless Thailand.
Thailand is real lucky to come so far to the 3rd round.
Expect a 4-0 from Japan on 6th of Feb.

    ThaiPumpkin, did Singapore kick all your newbie thai ass so hard till they were;
1st unable to play and walked out during the asean chamionship to rest their ass wounds. Singapore kicked your stupid thailand both at SIngapore home and your thailand farm.

Sad right Thaipumpkin, thats why you gone nuts as to end your posts withe a retarded HEE HEE.
I think you should spend this year go licked the wounds Singapore left on your Thailand NT butts, so they will be ready to get kicked on December 2008 again during the Asean Championship again..

WOOhOOO... Pawn the Thais gay boys.
