i think inter will receive points when they qualify for the group stages. unless they pull a palermo/roma and fail to qualify.

You earn points for each win you get, and each round you advance through. Even if you start from the first qualifying round, you earn points. Lichtenstein jumped up in the overall coefficient because they made it to the third round from the first qualifying round. Also, it's a random draw for the playoff round in the Europa League. Teams aren't seeded until the Group Stages.
The seedings for the Champions League playoff round are out, and Udinese, who is unseeded, will take on one of the following teams: Braga, Dynamo Kyiv, Panathinaikos, Copenhagen, or Spartak Moscow. The draw will be on early Friday morning, US Eastern Daylight Time..
Panathinaikos first, Spartak second. I think Braga would smoke them. Dynamo Kyiv would be a very tough match, especially in the Ukraine. Copenhagen could go either way.
