He provided a name that people give to a behaviour that someone self-described. He also specifically said that he did not think it was a real psychological condition. Balance does have a PhD in a branch of Psychology and as we all know he is very sensitive to the ethics in his profession and stays well on the righteous side of the line. I would have been very disappointed if he had told the Knight-in_Shining-Armour that he suffered from a real psychological disorder like obsessive-compulsive disorder.
