    Con motivo del Tecos.

El boliviano José Castillo, goleador del mundo con 42 tantos el 2001 en apenas su primer año como titular y segundo como profesional, fue prestado al Tecos para la presente temporada por 260,000 dolares.

    Santos v Puebla [R]

Oh what a horrible call against Puebla to give Santos a PK for the first goal of the match. That was clearly not a handball. Both arms were cocked back and his chest was thrust forward.

Campos was right to protest, but that only gave him a yellow card.

    mas tarde

I like Puebla's jersey. It's a nice shade of blue and it goes well with those navy blue shorts

    I agree.

I don't like the "3 Hermanos" ad placement on the shorts. :(

    FINAL
    Puebla 3 - Santos 1

Stoppage time red card to Pity (Santos). That was a good call. Nearly kicked the Puebla player in the cajones.

Other PK for a minor jersey tug. Santos' only goal. It was a nice save, but rebounded and buried in the back of the onion bag.

Good match overall. Off to the bar now to watch America. :D, then my other beloved, the Fire.

    Salut!

very nice uniform - so far the best I seen in MFl 2002

now the last score was a pearl......the play that preceded the shot was a goal to keep on tape.

PK by trotta (former river and la roma), bad shot - nice rebound. Puebla can put to sleep rumors and changes in the main eleven.

El Pity has been a key player in the first 20 minutes.

In Necaxa Luis Perez, Alex Aguinaga & Braulio Luna are nowhere.

    perdieron los laguneros!

The Colorado Rapids continued with their impressive 2003 preseason tour tonight defeating club Santos Laguna 2-0 at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada. The international friendly drew 6,122 to the University of Las Vegas venue.

    Check your flex!

Santos goalkeeper was smoking some mad weed becuase his reflexes were slow against Chivas. I can't believe he let that phony gol hit the back of the net. Omar Rodriguez is one lucky punk.

Any rumors concerning what the Santos squad will look like in Houston , Kansas City? I suspect some stars may be absent, no?

Did anybody see one of the worst moments in announcing in the Chivas- Santos game. The guy announcing went on about how Ramon Ramirez was going to enter and how he was a real idol of Torreon. The guy on the sidesways say "are you sure about that". He went on about how he was sure. Ramirez is announced and the whole stadium boos him. The moron went on about how the crowd was split when it was clear they were all booing him. Everytime that Ramon touched the ball, he was booed loudly and the moron kept ignoring it until finally he says some comment about how Ramirez had made some bad comments and there was a little bit of resentment ( a little = equals the whole stadium) but that he was still and idol and appreciated in Torreon, aparently by all the people who stayed home to watch the game. What a tool.
