Now they're just trying TOO hard. These kits are an absolute mess. That collar in particular is absolutely ridiculous.
it looks like a pair of tighty whities (color varies obviously) hung around someone's neck or stapled to their shirt. F--
I thought a lot of the Diadora kits were quite nice. Leaving them for this latest run with Kappa was quite the disappointment.
yes they were very nice. Anyone know where I can get a Roma fascia/neck warmer headband thing? I went to Rome in 2009 in october and they werent on sale yet /=
This is still may favourite. This is the favourite one I own, it's only downside being the giant fart gag across the front. Both miles ahead of the proposed one for this season.
I wasn't a huge fan of the Diadora kits up until the last ones they had prior to going back with Kappa. Personally I LOVE Kappa, and was excited too see that Roma had signed back with them to make their kits. I still have my 01/02 jersey that is by far my absolute favorite! I do however think that the kits have progressively gotten worse since going back to Kappa though. I just think that instead of keeping things simple they are going the route of Puma with the NT and cluttering up the jerseys with too many complex designs.
Geez. Most clubs have shown them and are rolling them out (except notoriously slow Puma). Even Macron debut Napoli's today.
I asked Kappastore of new training collection and new kits. They said they had no idea idea of anything and asked me to comeback in September.
Wonderful. No idea means, they haven't even started to receive the products, if they are even designed.
The model for our new kits in the flesh. Man are those collars ugly ** EDIT ** BigSoccer shrinks the pictures and thus the ugliness can't be appreciated as much.
At least all but one of there collars are color-matched, ours...notsomuch. The player white jersey looks like he had an Appendectomy with the red on his side.
The blue one looks kind of cool.. very simple, as long as it dosent have the Kappa logo on the side I can live with it.
They all suck, up to now I was a supporter of Kappa's designs (even though not of their business model)... now I am none.
