when you call the other team "over-rated" you are slighting your own team, IMO. Instead of complimenting your own side, you're degrading the other. I love the chant and think its great, just a thought on it is all. We could have chanted "we're just better" or something like that. But that wouldn't be a) as fun or b) as popular
It has to be something like this, not just winter cold or lack of sun. Watch the Colorado-KC highlights and you'll see that the pitch at the Dick looks just fine, and it's at 1,000 feet higher elevation than the Riot. Either the grass is sick, or something happened during the winter like heavy machinery or the field not getting covered.
