I'm with IBIK. I don't think we get ran out the building, but I also don't see us finding the net at all against one of the best defenses in the league (even if they don't have Cannon) on plastic.

We were lucky at home against this team, I think they will come out motivated and we will again come out flat.

I'm going to be optimistic and say we come out rested and hungry. 2-1 win.

 

I think we are going to play better than we have lately and only lose 2-1.

 

I'm really hoping for a 1-1 draw....

I think she is saying we'll bunker for the match and hold on for dear life.

Our history would suggest this is a very bad approach. Any time we go into the game with a "we're going to defend as a shell" mentality, we give up a goal 10-15 minutes in.

I think we lose 2-0 and have a rehash of what happened after the cRapids match in fans questioning the heart of the squad while the rsl butt-boys (thanks IBIK for the phrase) protect the image

I found the first half encouraging. Our defensive positioning has been excellent. The effort and movement are good. We've missed a few passes, but I like how we're playing.

I think we'll see Mansally come on for Beltran w/ Wingert switching sides, other than that, I suspect the other guys will go deep in the minutes.

With a backup CB and GK in play, we definitely have a shot here.

What has Grabs done all game? Sub him off. While your at it sub of Johnson too.

 

Who should come on for Grabs? Steele???? He wont play anyone else. The other teams know our offense. ..Pass so close to each other and then they have three guys surround the player with the ball and we lose it to them...

 

Alverez for Grabs and move Beckerman up close to goal.

 

Just watched Saborio come down takes a shot and not any other player is by the goal . where is Gil? Johnson? Grabs? Fabio?????

 

I have wanted that for awhile but Jason just won't try it!!

 

I question whether RSL is even trying to score goals anymore.

 

I know he slipped on the first goal, but I am encouraged by Watson-Siriboe today.

 

So did PJ score a ton of goals and regain his confidence and form while he was in Florida, or what?

 

We keep the ball way too much instead of quick passes or crosses. I am glad Johnson is out. He does nothing for us on offense at all.
