I got Yura, but only when I put RSL in the English Championship. Borchers is usually the first to retire, then beckerman. Luckily it isn't very hard to replace them with players from the team (ala RSL wet dream)
None of them really grow, which is disappointing because I see them (maybe not mansally) as actually having a lot of potential in real life. Then again EA doesn't really care about the smaller teams.
I'm guessing EA doesn't put much thought into relative unknowns until they start to show promise. Given the thousand's of players they track overall, it's not surprising to see lesser MLS players being given little attention.
Yeah it makes sense, still disapointing but I can't really complain much when my other team isn't in the game at all.
I managed to trade Morales and a little cash for Zusi. Morales was threatening to retire and I needed someone younger. Please don't hate me.
I signed up to be data editor with EA Sports and FIFA games. If you were me, how would you change the stats of the RSL players. Just update their potential?
I would assume if you want them to peak higher, you'd edit their potential. I've never messed with the editor though.
Yeah, some added potential here and there. (I think Gil's is alright) I'd boost Velasquez's stamina for sure, not by a whole lot, but enough so he can actually be useful. I think Rimando, Beckerman and Morales are deserving of a slight bump in overall but other than that it's alright.
This isn't just the editor function in the game, I signed up to help EA Sports get the stats right for RSL.
I don't think it's the RSL stats that are out of balance as much as all players in the Premier League.
