Cascio may have scored the goal, but assists need to be given to Chris Albright and Zac McMath. They were both terrible on the play.

I watched quite a bit of that philly/crapids match and saying Cascio had a better game, overall, than Velasquez would be a complete and utter lie.

That play by Albright was one of the more craptacular attempts to make a slide tackle that you'll ever see. When he waved for a foul, I got a big kick out of it.

Just heard Dunseth mention on the radio show that there is a reserve match tomorrow morning. Anyone know when and where? (I'm guessing the info is available here somewhere, but I am navigating on my phone...and it's a pita.) Thanks!:D

oh lord, a "no soup for you" olave banner would be awesome.
must find way to get this done

I remember someone on this board (or maybe multiple people) were really high on the idea of RSL bringing in a player by the name of Michael Ballack.

Think of a player that fits the RSL mold. Now change everything about those characteristics. And you have Michael Ballack

thinking about going out to the reserve game, is it open to the public? apparently field conditions forced the time to be changed to 11:45.

ya, couldnt make it, follow the RSLKickOff twitter for info, here is the lineup for RSL:
RSL: Reynish; Chris Estridge (trial), Borchers, Cruz, de Almeida; Steele (R), Alvarez (deep), Martinez (top), Johnson; Saborio, Arnoux

good to see Johnson getting some burn.

muniz scored for the RSL reserves in the 58'. then SKC leveled the match in the 88' and it ends 1-1.

Midfielder @javi_mo11 was to play for #RSL reserves today, but was called away to be with wife as she delivered their second son. Congrats!

Did anyone else see Johnson running laps before the match on Saturday? Good sign (I was there way too early).

I guess that is a legitimate excuse...
Pretty cool that Javi and Espy are adding to their families while here.

guess you could go that route
what this does shed the light on is what Javi was busy doing while off on an injury.

and now we all understand how he was in shape when he returned to the pitch, as well.

a mental image of Javi screwing is awkward. Especially since I am certain he flings his shirt over his head like he did for that goal against LA whilst doing it.

This thread has been taken to a whole other level, one that makes me cringe. Of the top 5 things I thought would never be discussed on BS, players sex lives and how they do it, while being injured, is definitely on there.

Espy's goal celebration should have ended with him pounding the ball out of his shirt between his legs and pointing to Javi.

Espy should have laid down on his back and Javi should have delivered the "baby".
Then the stupid ass river dance that that douche bag Kei Kamara would not have been the best celebration of the weekend.

I often get to kick the ball around with Javi's other kid (Santi) in the locker room after games while waiting for players to finish cleaning up so they can be interviewed. He's probably 3 or 4, and I'm telling you, that kid has crazy skills. Last season he was scoring heel flick goals (using the legs on JK's whiteboard as a goal). He's like a bumblebee buzzing around the locker room with the ball at his feet, and the players are always playing little games with him...it's pretty cute. But in 12 years I want that kid in the RSL academy system in the worst way....

apparently something happened to Tian last night/this morning, it caused him to miss his chat he was supposed to do via RSL facebook and Emerson is going to have a report on it tonight at 10.
