Reports are that Luciano Spalletti has been sacked by Zenit!

Semak to take over caretaker duties.

 

Sent Shirokov out on loan because of his conflict with Spaletti....fire Spaletti a week later.

 

Maybe Semak can save Champions League football for Zenit. I don't know.

 

At least Zenit isn't stuck with Akinfeev.

 

Just a ridiculous, scandalous, epic finish to the Russian season, too bad no one else here is watching (waaaaahh, waaaaaah).

How far back were they?

 

After losing to Dinamo at the round 20 CSKA was at the 5th place 9 point behind the leader (Lokomotiv), 4 points behind the 4th place (Dinamo) and only one point above 6th and 7th places (Krasnodar and Amkar).

 

Really hope Ramos goes to Spartak just to see footy lose his shit.
