Here are mockups by a supposed ITK on RAWK who claims to have seen the real thing. If real, the home kit won't be as nice as last year's or this year's, but the away and third, though flawed, will be a vast improvement over the hideousness we've had to tolerate this year.
there was this in that thread as well I actually like all of these mock ups. assuming it is: Top left-Home; Bottom left-Away; Top right-GK Home; Middle Right-GK Away; Bottom Right-Training
All of those (both sets) are nice - and an improvement overall from this year's...although that doesn't take much
I wish we could have the 2011-12 away kits again. They were nicer than our away whites IMO, nice enough for me to buy a Suarez one:
Found that black one on a great sale at the Adidas store in Houston's Galleria. Needless to say, I picked one up. I like the one's from RAWK on the first post. All three would be great.
I like the second batch of mock-ups posted but the first three are pretty atrocious. A green 3rd kit would be pretty cool, though I'm also assuming that would be the GK's.
I hate every single Liverpool yellow kit, ever. Yellow is an Arsenal thing. Why can't we just do our own thing? Red, Black w/Red detail, and White w/Red detail year in and year out. They can change the detail up a bit every year so they can make however much money they get from changing up the uniforms, but some of these stupid designs are just embarrassing.
We need to get back to grey and yellow and green. Have always loved them. And the last time we won the league and took 2nd we had a grey kit.
I'm ok with the yellow, as there is some history there...but NEVER EVER go blue...can't believe that ManU went blue, that is just WRONG...
Like the grey kits alot too. The older ones were great; then of course we wore the newer model for that 1-4 result at the skip - fond memories!
Hope these images are accurate with regard to a new more classic direction with the new kits - the current away and third designs are WAY too out there for my tastes.
Remember Manure going grey a while back. Wore them for one game against us and we "Trounced" them. They never wore them again. I found one of these down near Cabo, Baja. Love it up here. To hot to wear in the sun..
Dear God, no. (This has already been debunked, thank goodness. But the fact that it's even remotely plausible speaks volumes about Warrior).
Rumor is the new home jersey will be unveiled tomorrow. We'll see. EDIT: I was off by a day. The unveiling is Thursday the 10th.
I'll take the first ten people I see on bigsoccer and design a better kit than the design team at Warrior. They are a trio of near misses -- plagued by the same Crayola Crayon Warrior fancied in its 2013-14 eyesores.
