It seems like Chelsea's boss is determined to establish a new (football) empire in the continent,at all costs.I think that Roman's dream team is the only team that may threaten in the near future even Real Madrid's 5 consecutive times record win of the champions cup.I think that we are about to see the greatest football team ever,in European football history. What do you think?

That's ridiculous. We haven't even won one CL yet! And the CL is hard to win now than it was when Real won five in a row.
Nor are Chelse a "football empire" - just a very good side.

It's good for the game. Chelsea will be dominate and great and anyone who is able to put a small dent in their armour will be considered part of the second tier of good teams. :D

Can't see it. They haven't even started to match what United did in the 90s/early 2000s with regards to domestic titles.

As for the Champions League, bear in mind that under the current format no-one has ever won it twice in a row, it's a lot harder now than when only one team from each country was allowed in.

It will be tought for Roman. He will win a CL title sooner or later. I got the feeling that the football world dislike him. Blatter has attacked him for destroying the game. The G14 does not welcome Chelsea to join them which was strange given Chelsea's financial standing. If Chelsea starts winning the CL, the UEFA might start a salary cap or something to stop Chelsea from dominating the game.

not strange at all. the clubs invited to the g14 are successful clubs with a history. not three league titles type clubs.

I think Blatter should think about himself first before pointing at anyone when he says people are destroying the game.

Well, PSG has won more. Leverkusen? Less. Here's a fun question - how many league titles has Leverkusen actually won?

You mean like Marseille, PSG and Leverkusen, those super-heavyweights? I can't think why the G14 would care about history, considering their goals are to abolish the traditions of football and replace them with an NFL-style franchise league.

Why not? I don't see why all the trophies should go to the teams with the best marketing departments.

those are much bigger and more important clubs then chelsea. chelsea will be good now when roman is having some fun with them and then theyll crawl back into nothingness where they belong.

I know you're not familiar with Chelsea's history - that's OK. But suggesting Leverkusen, a club owned and sponsored by Bayer, is bigger and more important than Chelsea is downright insane.

You can say the same thing with Marseille and Tapie Chelsea won two European trophies without Roman. That is more than leverkusen, PSG or even Marseille. Leverkusen never won the league title before. PSG is a relatively new club. It is less than 30 years old or so. So if Chelsea becomes G15, it is not the smallest or the least historical club.
