Awesome! 60% of all tickets sold? for the whole season?! Wow!

Your new stadium looks great! And the location is hard to beat. Fantastic job!

    Great to hear!
Anyone else notice that the ice rink left a stain/mark in the turf? Or is it just me?

One of our members took this photo today. The team building is still being worked on but the outside is mostly done. Can't wait!

Very, very nice! Hope we get to show it off to all the other leagues in the USOC.

Better honestly, because this is right in the heart of the city; the Baud is great but it's really in the middle of nowhere and there ain't any transportation getting there... A cab ride to get there from downtown CHS costed me $40.01 (I still remember about the extra cent) and thank god I was able to score a ride back to the hotel at the end of the game...

I wish the Baud was in an area with with more going. Daniel Island does have a few bars and restaurants but none that I would really call within walking distance except maybe Queen Anne's Revenge (and it is about 1/3 of a mile)

That said, the grass field, solar power, and of course, the Three Lions are really is what sets the stadium apart

Today the Hounds took to the field for the first time for practice. 32 days to go!

Two weeks left. From the Webcam, it looks like there is still quite a bit of work left on the team building. From the looks of things, it doesn't look like they are going to do the viewing deck on top of the building.
Does anybody have any info or ground pictures of the building?

We (supporters group) are pretty bummed they aren't doing the deck. Must be a time / money saving decision. It also doens't look like a roof will be above the main stands either.

I was there on Saturday for a preseason game. The outside of the building looks almost done. No idea about the inside though. The team informed us the construction crew is working around the clock to get it done. The Pittsburgh Passion (womens football) have their first home game this Saturday (6th). I imagine everything would have to be wrapped up by then.

Well hopefully all that stuff will added one day. I thought the roof deck was one of the nicer parts of the whole project. Could have been a money generator, renting it out to corporation and private parties.
But, either way this is going to be an awesome venue for the city.

I want one of those comemorative scarves I see on Steel Army's pictures. Classic Pittsburgh Black & Gold but with Riverhound Blue on it. Well done. Gotta get back to see a game this summer. USOC game vs. Crew would be a dream.

Stoked to check this place out next time I'm back in town to visit family. Amazing that the Melody Tent is now a pro soccer stadium. Awesome.
