Damn, I wish River would go out with Augusto Fernandez instead of Ferrari, and Sambueza instead of Zapata. :( I don't think Ortega should start, unless he has an AMAZING game vs. Belgrano.. I'm fine with the rest of the team, though.

Isnt Fernandez more like a Playmaking type of player? why do they play him on the wings!

Well, he used to be a playmaker in the lower divisions.. He was named "Best Player" of several tournaments in which he participated with River, and several European teams tried to snatch him.. He stayed at River, though, and then started playing as a right-midfielder..

Back on subject, though.. I love this guy, and I've been telling you guys how good he is for a looong time now. I think he should recieve more minutes.. Fuck, put him as central defender.. I don't care, as long as he plays.. :)

i was watching some games last december and when he made his debut in torneo my cousin was sitting next to me i was like this guys is one hell of a player! my cousin was like how do u know he's not that fantastic and i was like dude i can tell from the way he handles himself in the field!.

anyways Belluschi is a right midfielder! so play fernandez as a playmaker! gallardo is too old besides its good to have gallardo and ortega benched incase they were needed in the last minutes they're great experience to bring on :>

I watch this almost once a week and still get goose bumps. To all you gallinas I wish you good luck. That will probably be one of the last civil things I say for the next week. Luck won't do you any good anyways:D

Another great result for Boca and another bad one for River :D.

Even if River win next week Boca will still be on top with one less game played than River.

If Boca wins on Sunday, it seems as if the tournament is theirs to keep. They would have 7 more points than River (with one game less, which could end up making it 10 points more). If Independiente wins, then they would become second place, but would still be pretty far from Boca (6 points away, and with one game more than the Bosteros, which could make it a 9 point difference).

So River better win for two reasons..
    1) Because it's the superclasico, and there is no other choice but to win.
    2) For the good of the tournament. If we win, we would be 1 point away from Boca, and it would remain a pretty competitive competition.

Don't worry. It will still be competitive for second place. :D

Apparently he watched the second half of Boca-Velez and he had a panick attack. :D

No, seriously, I know el Burrito has had some alcohol issues in the past. Even though he's a gayina, I wish him the best, and hopefully it's nothing serious like that.

    I still think Ortega isn't 100% actually I don't think,I know he isn't.

River must win in order to have any chances in wining the tournament. If not Pasarella will have big problems.First losing to boca and second for not playing the starters in the Copa Sudamericana.Meaning we won't win shyt for another year.I'd start Falcao along with Higuain or Higuain along with Farias.

Forget about the past, this is another chapter in the superclasicos, anything can happen.

I would put Farias and Higuain together.. Ortega is definently not doing well.. He's had what, 7 or 8 chances (or more), and was still never able to play well.. Plus, Farias played the whole last season on one leg (he was injured since like March), just because all our other fowards were injured.. Eso es poner huevos! Meanwhile Falcao is great, but he's been showing that he's not yet 10 points in the last few games.. He runs a lot and finds space, but he hasn't been able to finish the plays.. I say put Farias-Higuain, and Falcao in the second half..
