    any idea which teams have? I'm pretty sure AC Milan is on that list since they had to sell Ibra and Silva this summer

    I know Lazio at one point was on the list. Milan was, more than once.

    It's very difficult for a team like Juve since they're floated on the stock market and have to abide by other financial regulations as well.
