Not to jinx us or anything, but there is no way in hell we aren't making it back next year.

    Corinthians 4 x 1 Brasiliense, final.

    6 games, 18 points, 100% SUCCESS RATE!!!

True, however he hasn't seemed as aggressive since hurting his shoulder...I think it still bothers him. I hope he doesn't get run out of town.

Just about to the halfway point & O Timão are on top w/ a 5 point cushion. Hopefully O Timão can hold on & we are back in Serie A :D

    Going back to Serie A

Well, I am going on a limb, but O Timão are going back to Serie A. Watching ABC vs O Timão & O Timão is busting that ass with no mercy. Speed on the flanks kills :D

Anyone else see the Bragantino game last night?

    Good vibes, good vibes...

How many more wins do we need to assure us of classification, and specifically how many for the number-one spot?

Now the lead is stretched to 11 points w/ 6 matches left in the season. Moving up to Serie A is all but guaranteed :D Time to think about adjustments so O Timão can remain in the Top Flight & get some International Glory :D

Well, it's been a long year, and it's time I actually got around to washing my car, finally. But before I do, here is what it has been wearing for most of the year. The rear window I did back when the "EU NUNCA..." campaign first kicked off (back in January or February?), and the side windows I did the day of their first Seria B match.

It's hard to make out, but the pink bar running across the lower part of the rear window used to be red - it's faded quite a bit in this Houston weather - with white back-lettering, "S. C. Corinthians Paulista".

And that's my wife's Dodge Caravan parked in the garage. Yes, we have matching his-and-hers minivans, normally parked side by side. I took mine out just long enough to get these pictures. XD

Pretty cool, even though I don't like Corinthians.

Ronaldo is coming to O Timão. I hope he only plays in the Paulista. I think the partnership w/ Acosta, Dentinho, & Germán Herrera is good enough.

    Holy crap.

The entire fordfjord household is in denial.

My only hope is that he does better than David Beckham did for the LA Galaxy, because, hey, he certainly couldn't do any worse.

Yeah, okay, fine. But does that give us what we need where we need it - namely, goals scored and championships won?

what do you mean? Infusion to STJD? :D

Ronaldo is more of a former athlete. I respect him, always struggling to come back. But I can't believe that Corinthians fans blindly support this decision, it's the crappiest investment that I've ever heard of in Brazilian football.
