Revs duo will play for the USL Pro team based in Queens, New York

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – New England Revolution goalkeeper Tim Murray and striker Ilija Stolica have been loaned to USL PRO league club FC New York, based in Queens, New York. The arrangement begins this weekend with FC New York’s season opener against Orlando City.

Both players are on multiple-month loans to FC New York, and can be re-called by the Revolution if needed.

Stolica didn't do much after getting subbed in, but mostly because FCNY seemed more interested in playing keepaway than soccer for 90 minutes.

Murray started 1 match but I haven't seen him on the teamsheet lately. Stolica has been listed but never gets into a match that I've been to.

Stolica was getting some PT with us and most of us were sad to see him loaned out especially since he is making $200K+ presumably paid by us and also since our boys can't hit the side of a barn and he is a decent striker.
