Me personally, I like to think I watch a fair bit. Inbetween ESPN3, Big 10 network, CBS Sports, there's actually a decent amount of college soccer out there to watch.
I probably attend at least 10 New England-area games a year and watch the majority of matches that FSC airs. That probably constitutes "a lot," simply because many others don't follow collegiate soccer that closely, that being said there are plenty of players going in the first round who I've never seen play.
I'm with KO on this one, if they're going to take a midfielder at all, it should be Lopez. We have plenty of young attackers, but he's a guy who wants to play DM and only DM, and he's very good (relative to age) at it.
Seattle has traded for the #10 pick from TFC in return for allocation money (Woohooo!!) and the #16th pick. Seattle takes Indiana's Eric Zavaletta. So TFC has dropped from 1 to 4, to 10 and now to ... 16. And apparently picked up some serious allocation money along the way.
I'm not sold as Zavaleta as a forward. I think he's got much more upside as a centerback. To be honest, I think the same thing about Andrew Wenger.
Just wondering how people learn about the draft class besides reading mock drafts, or watching Youtube videos.
