You know, I am anxious to see who we play; but I am not concerned. It is now an eight team race and all teams are worthy. A team that won a group with 12 points is not necessarily better than a team that won a different group with 8.

I heard that since the Dynamo, Galaxy, and Sounders advanced to the KO stages, they will get bonus allocation money from MLS or is it for the club that goes the furthest.

Reportedly it is a bonus allocation for all teams that make the stage. By all accounts it isn't much but does start to add up.

I was hoping for Monterrey. Would have been better for getting a higher price for the tickets next season on StubHub. Not sure how big Santos is in terms of a following in Houston.

Torreon is actually not that far from Houston (when you hit Monterrey, hang a right). closer than El Paso distance wise, buuuuuuut.......

FYI, It's cheaper to fly into MTY - $350 vs $550 in Torreon. Get a group, share a rental, a 4 hr drive, just saying...

I just saw that. I guess the question is does risking your life in a 4 hour drive worth $200? Hahahaha...the experience of surviving would be epic! lol

....around $450 per person with car rental and round trip, and that's only for two people. Since at the moment I just found one crazy mofo that's really into it. @dmcduff is that insane guy. Hahaha.
