I was going to post this week's article right about now, but it got eaten up by one computer or another somewhere down the line. I have to run errands before I head out to Stout later tonight, so unfortunately I can't rush home and retrieve the column. Apologies to all. I will fold some of the results into next week's column. Instead, here are the questions I posed to the panel last week: Q1: How many points will the Red Bulls earn on their three-game road trip? A) 5 or more (at least undefeated, or 2-1) B) 4 or less (three draws, or at least one loss) Q2: Which opponent in the Red Bulls' road trip will prove the toughest? A) Kansas City Wizards B) Toronto FC C) DC United Q3: Is Eddie Johnson a threat to the Red Bulls' defense? A) Yes B) No
1) A - I would say 7 points probably. Toronto will be tough mostly because of the crowd. KC and United will stretch us a little, but I think we could handle them. 2) C - Kansas City is a close second, but DC wins out cuz it will be our third game on the road. 3) A - You can't count him out as not a threat with his current form, but if we could keep the fast breaks and services down, we should be alright.
1st.-Men, forget the three games, I want from them to win today's one, and after that I will worry about the remaining 21 games one by one.... but for the heck of answer you question I will say 6 point for the minimum.. 2nd.- Toronto FC 3rd.- NO.....
