relegation makes men do crazy things. but people are only kididng themselves if they think holden and ream are going anywhere this offseason. might as well cheer for them to come straight back up instead.
When does Ream's contract end? Holden's contract is up next year, I believe. If he shows he's fully recovered, Bolton might want their transfer fee...
This is the most likely scenario. If Holden plays well, and Bolton are not in the promotion hunt in January, they will likely sell him pretty cheaply to a lower end prem team. I doubt Ream is leaving anytime soon.
Well, this sucks, but Ream had a pretty decent showing at Bolton after getting thrown to the wolves right off the bat. Many players take a while to adjust (or never adjust at all), but I think he's shown that the Premiere League is not above his level, which I encouraging. I still say that he'd flourish on a team that held more possession, though (which might happen at Bolton in the Championship next season).
