Despite losing our last encounter against Osasuna, Real Madrid have only lost 2 games in the last 33 La Liga games vs. Osasuna.

Real Madrid are looking for their 7th straight win in La Liga.

Arguably Osasuna's most dangerous player, Alvaro Cejudo is suspended for the match. Damia will likely take his place. The player to watch from Osasuna will be Raul Garcia, who is on loan from Atletico. The midfielder has 4 goals in 9 games.

    Real Madrid Squad News:
The big news is that Nuri Sahin is finally set to make his debut for Real Madrid after a summer filled with injures. Jose Mourinho has confirmed that Sahin will be able to play for Real Madrid vs. Osasuna.

On the other hand, Fabio Coentrao is doubtfull for the match, although he's been called up to the Portugal squad for the internationals, so the injury seems to very minor at best. With Marcelo also ruled out, Alvaro Arbeloa is set to start at LB while Lass will likely get another start at RB.

Carvalho is still out, so Ramos will continue to play as CB along side Pepe. As well, the coach has also confirmed that Kaka will not be called up as he has a muscular problem.

    Osasuna Squad News:

Midfielder Alvaro Cejudo is suspended, while central defender Sergio Rodriguez is injured along with Marc Beltran Masoud Shojaei, Roland Lamah and Roversio Rodrigues, meanwhile coach Jose Luis Mendilibar will have to make changes in defense.

The good news for Mendilibar is that club captain Patxi Punal has recovered from a muscle injury and is fit to travel.

    A+ thread. Would read again.

Do you guys think Sahin will start next to Xabi? Also, I hope our team will better handle Osasuna this year, as compared to last season.

No chance he starts. I'd say Mou would hope to give him 20 minutes or so.

Mou say's that Nuri is ready to play, I personally don't think that he will or should start but can see him receiving some minutes.

It's going to be fascinating watching us play in the morning, I'm sure those WTF moments will be a lot more irritating though :D

Haha, poor guys. Well its a fcked up time, even for Eu people like me. 12 is too early, especially when you are going out to the club and get back 6, 7, 8 AM, but w.e

Camacho said that the people in China aren't even talking about this game (and Perez' purpose is that Asian people will be able to watch a Madrid game).

I'm too old to get up this early, jacks up my circadian rhythms and all, and we have to turn back our clocks an hour to boot. I'll just sleep in and catch it on GolTV at 9:30 :D

It's a lot better than those midweek 22:00 kick off times, but it seems the LFP can't really get it right, either too early, or too late.

Now that I'm used to getting up in the early morning hours to watch matches, I actually don't mind it. Reason being is that I can watch the match and then go to work.

    *snickers*

Getting up before 12pm on a Sunday is criminal. If my alarm actually wakes me up, then I'll catch the game.
