Thanks hopefully Bradley plays in that game.

 

Unless...

He's a young and exuberant German-American striker eager to make an impression in his first season with Rapid Vienna. Staying in a luxurious apartment with his uncle, a fussy and uptight American diplomat, in the heart of the city where Freud became famous. Just imagine the shenanigans!

Boyd should play his 1st professional match tomorrow, as Rapid Vienna visit Heiligenkreuz for an OFB Cup match.

 

Boyd doesn't start, but makes the 5 man "bank" for the match. 0-0 early on.

 

Rapid won 5-0, but Boyd did not play.

 

That is too bad!

 

Next games: Tuesday against Roma (hopefully Bradley will make the trip) and then Saturday against Wacker Innsbruck.

Pretty sure I heard my teenage son playing against Wacker Innsbruck the other night.

Anyone whos either been or has had a teenage boy knows the games against Wacker are an intense rivalry

 

Today Boyd and Rapid play Bradley and Roma. Not sure if he will start or play, but there is a stream on firstrow for any who want to watch.

Boyd just scored the first candidate for YA Goal of the Year- bicycle kick on a rebound shot with a defender draped on his back. Wow.
