We were doing this in the preseason thread, but other more dramatic things have taken over. In (officially confirmed) Nobody yet In (conjectured) Brad Rusin (who is busy moving into Paladini's old apartment) Sallieu Bundu (seen playing with the RailHawks during trials) Sainey Touray (ditto) Sean O'Connor (ditto) Nic Platter (ditto, also currently in NC) Out Tiyi Shipalane (to South Africa) Etienne Barbara (to Malta) Tom Heinemann (to Columbus Crew) Daniel Woolard (to DC United) Daniel Paladini (to Chicago Fire) Caleb Norkus (to CASL Elites) Out (conjectured) Marques Davidson (on trial in Japan)
The one you started drifted onto way more worrying matters. I figured it was worth putting this where we could find it easily.

The RailHawks sent out an email inviting fans to meet the team, including new team captain Brad Rusin.
Since Traffic owns the majority of the team, and the players are all signing new contracts... does anyone know if the contracts are with the Railhawks as a team, or with Traffic as a business? The difference, from my perspective I guess, would be that the players' contracts could survive the loss of a league... but, on the other hand, they might end up going out on loans or taking other moves that they don't expect?
Just got an email letting me know that Brian Farber was going to be Max's U10 coach for the Spring campaign. I think we can assume he isn't moving to the Triangle just to coach U10 soccer... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brian_Farber Last season, Josh Gardner was Max's coach. Connecting a few dots... Incidentally, check out Farber's goal at the 1min 17sec mark of this video
teucer, you have some updating to do... With new season finally beckoning, RailHawks coach Martin Rennie discusses roster and reputation
So I do. And the confirmed list will only grow tomorrow, I'm sure. In (officially confirmed) Brad Rusin, with an armband Floyd Franks Sainey Touray In (conjectured) Sean O'Connor (seen playing with the RailHawks during trials) Nic Platter (ditto) Sallieu Bundu (specifically named by Rennie as probably back) Eric Reed (ditto) Cory Elenio (ditto) Kupono Low (ditto) Josh Gardner (if he's not signed by MLS) Amir Lowery (ditto) Marques Davidson (though he's considering a team in Japan) Greg Shields (in if his injury permits) Brian Farber (coaching Max's team) Out Tiyi Shipalane (to South Africa) Etienne Barbara (to Malta) Tom Heinemann (to Columbus Crew) Daniel Woolard (to DC United) Daniel Paladini (to Chicago Fire) Caleb Norkus (to CASL Elites) Johnny Gilkerson Andriy Budnyy Out (conjectured)
I am surprised Kupono did not get the armband. A perennial fan favorite and an original to boot. Such a great player. That being said, I could not be more excited to see Brad as captain. He was a friggin' rock for us last season. So composed on the ball. Another understated player is Floyd Franks. Very nuanced and technical. I am so glad he is back. What is the word on Richardson? Seems like we are a bit thin at the moment at the forward position.
In (officially confirmed) Brad Rusin, with an armband Floyd Franks Sainey Touray Kupono Low (see link below) Matt Watson (ditto) Kithson Bain (based on fan Q&A) In (conjectured) Sean O'Connor (seen playing with the RailHawks during trials) Nic Platter (ditto) Sallieu Bundu (specifically named by Rennie as probably back) Cory Elenio (ditto) Josh Gardner (if he's not signed by MLS) Amir Lowery (ditto) Marques Davidson (though he's considering a team in Japan) Greg Shields (in if his injury permits) Brian Farber (coaching Max's team) Out Tiyi Shipalane (to South Africa) Etienne Barbara (to Malta) Tom Heinemann (to Columbus Crew) Daniel Woolard (to DC United) Daniel Paladini (to Chicago Fire) Caleb Norkus (to CASL Elites) Johnny Gilkerson Andriy Budnyy Eric Reed (Charlotte Eagles) Out (conjectured) RAILHAWKS HOST MEDIA, BUSINESS, GOVERNMENT AND SOCCERS LEADERS

Independent Weekly also has Rennie confirming that RailHawks have signed Chris Nurse and Brian Farber, and have Etienne Barbara returning. http://twitter.com/IndyweekSports
Chatting with Brad this evening, he mentioned Etienne also. He also said probably Gregory Richardson.
What's Chris Nurse's story? 12 senior clubs since 2004 according to wikipedia? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Nurse Not sure that sounds like a great signing ???
