    Everyone thought he would play, so I'm surprised he wasn't even called up to the bench.

    We don't play this weekend, so perhaps he'll be back for the 2nd leg vs Sevilla.

    Hoy se juega la vuelta contra el Sevilla, anuncian a Falcao titular (esperemos que esta vez si juegue), pero no mas colombianos entre los iniciales

    I hear James wasn't even called which is a huge shocker because he did so well in the 1st game. James was basically filling in for Hulk while Hulk filled in for Falcao....

    Falcao being back will prob kill J-Rods playing time

    James si esta convocado... la gran duda para Villas Boas en este partido es escojer entre James o Varela (que buen problema para el tecnico luso)

    I read in goal.com that Falcao was the best player of the match... Unlikely since he didn't score... How was his game?

    Interesting thing about this game is We have Falcao leading scorer with 7, and CSKA Moskow's Necid with 6. in third place was Kanoute but hes out. I wish Falcao could be top scorer

    Bueno el festival de desperdicio de opciones por parte del Porto, casi los sacan por mala definicion.
    Falcao jugo hasta min 75 aprox, salio sacrificado por la expulsion de uno de sus compañeros. Al tiempo que salio Falcao entro Guarin quien jugo bien y fue importante para manejar el mediocampo del porto, ademas tuvo un par de opciones claras
    Hulk se comio varias y Falcao muchas ganas y tuvo un excelente cabesazo en el poste

    I didn't see the game but I'm glad that Porto qualified. Too bad that in a home match Guarin didn't play. ( I wish James too) I think he could helped them bu8t at least they go through.

    Yeah I still think he can be the top scorer since Porto will hopefully play several more matches.

    I missed the first half yesterday, but it looked like Falcao headed one cross off the cross-bar and generally looked pretty good. I'm confident that he'll keep scoring as he gradually works his way back from injury.

    He looked fine - a little tentative on the knee in the first ten minutes or so - but then had a fantastic header go just off the bar and a great goal denied by a terrific deflection off a defender.

    Wow great 2nd half from Falcao, so nice to have him back!

    I also think James played really well in the 2nd half and deserves to start ahead of Varela. Hulk will be suspended next weekend anyway, so he'll obviously start then.

    I love the 3 Colombians jelling so well and Bolillo needs to call up J-Rod other than Falcao there is no attacking player at that level. He wants to play with 1 striker which basically Porto does.
