    Radiation increases the rate of genetic mutation. But yeah... it could be random chance here. The effects of radiation on a population will become more apparent after 5-10 years. It's a very slow process unless you have a high dose of radiation.

    I was wondering what the current situation is? has nothing changed? has it gotten worse? better?

    Are there still power shortages around the prefecture.?

    Very curious cause the world has pretty much forgotten this issue.
